Job Description

To monitor and maintain efficient and uninterrupted operations on LCNG fuelling station.
To plan and execute LCNG preventive maintenance.
To attend and resolve complaints/breakdowns and maintenance within house maintenance skills.
Hands-on experience is needed in cryogenic pumps and other related equipment installed in LNG process area.
To operate Cryogenic Pumps and other equipment whenever needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. (Cryogenic Equipment to be operated through SCADA and through Manual provisions.)
Monitoring and controlling LCV/HCV movements
Attend and involve in CNG/LCNG asset maintenance activities.
Co-ordinating with LCV/HCV supervisor/contractor for smooth fleet operations management.
Check and verify the LCNG/CNG log sheet.
Monitoring, reporting and resolving any abnormalities at LCNG station.
Monitoring alarms/notifications in SCADA system.
Co-ordinating with local maintenance team of OEM for day-to-day maintenance/breakdown activities related to CNG equipment.
Assisting in preparation of CNG O&M reports.
Monitoring and restricting station shutdown hours with good skills in attending breakdown and maintenance on ground with maintaining safe working environment.
Attend and manage any emergency on ground occurred at LCNG/CNG station.
