Qualification – B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Petroleum)

Responsibilities:

1. Budget Planning – its approval and Presentation which includes CNG Projects, O&M, SCADA and Solar.
2. Maximum Output from Company’s resources to attain the organization’s goals and obligations to stakeholders.
3. Duties range from supervision to communications to strategic planning for the organization. To supervise the employees and team to ensure that all business activities contribute to company’s growth.
4. To understand company’s existing plans / future goals and to make the team understand it thoroughly in a way that team can achieve them in very efficient manner.
5. To maintain the quality of work in CNG operations and maintenance through constant constructive feedback and brainstorming sessions among different teams.
6. To build a robust and efficient system in CNG which can fulfil company’s targets and can maintain the same in upcoming years.
7. To provide necessary resources to the team convincing management on factual and technical basis.
8. To train and lead the CNG project team in best efficient manner to construct CNG stations within stipulated timeline managing Asset and Spares procurement in time.
9. To construct technical approvals and getting it approved from management for continuous improvements in operation and maintenance. Making proposals for variable projects and ventures to the management or stakeholders.
10. Handling official correspondence on behalf of the management and the company, signing official documents, and making legally binding decisions and agreements.
11. Assessing and reviewing the work of employees, providing them right directions and trainings.
12. Conducting company level meetings to discuss key issues such as strategic goals, code of conduct and litigation.
13. Reporting on the status and performance of company’s projects to the president and board of directors or stakeholders.
14. Monitoring changing industry trends and adapting fresh technology to achieve targets in CNG.
15. To implement technological and strategic transformation in SCADA and Solar.
16. To ensure that the company is always in compliance with the latest industry and government regulations and standards.
17. To look for growth in Solar energy sector and to improve company’s Solar business contributing to country’s green electricity goals.
18. To bring automation and digitalization in CNG projects, O&M, SCADA and Solar.
19. To build a good relation with peer companies, vendors and business partners to form a strong business environment which can lead the organization against all the odds.
20. To grow as a leader having few important abilities such as strong and effective communication, ability to build rapport, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence and situational awareness and ability to work under pressure and deliver the work.
