Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- (Mechanical/Electrical/Petroleum/Instrumentation)

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans and strategies for the successful execution of CNG initiatives, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, regulatory agencies, vendors, and senior management, to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant regulations, permits, codes, and standards governing CNG projects. Ensure all projects adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to maximize team performance and productivity.
5. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers involved in CNG projects, including procurement, contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and resolution of issues or disputes.
6. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on CNG technologies, equipment specifications, installation practices, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures. Ensure that project teams have the necessary resources and knowledge to execute tasks effectively.
7. Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of CNG projects, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may arise during project execution.
8. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality CNG projects. Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to verify compliance with project requirements and specifications.
9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems for CNG projects, including project status updates, financial expenditures, risk assessments, and lessons learned. Communicate project performance and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management as needed.
10. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, optimize resource utilization, and achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in CNG project management.
