PNG – O&M

Qualification- B.E / B. Tech. or above in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation /Petroleum Engineering.

Experience – 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

Role & Responsibilities

  • He should be qualified engineer with relevant experience and possess the leadership qualities, technical and managerial skills, safety consciousness, good listening skill and analytical mind.
  • He should be well versed with PNGRB T4S regulation and should ensure that operations and maintenance activities will be performed in line with the requirement of PNGRB
    regulations, T4S, IMS, ERDMP.
  • He should be well versed and hands on with operations and maintenance practices of CGD assets such as City Gate Station, Odorization system, Steel network and associated equipment, DRS, MDPE network, MRS, Service Regulators, commercial/domestic installations.
  • He should be well versed with HSE processes and take care of related health, safety, Security and environment protection (HSSE) practices for manpower, machines, network and equipment.
  • He should be well versed with basic operational activities like patrolling schedule management, LPT, LDT, Domestic AMC, Calibration of equipment/instruments, CP system monitoring, GIS operations, pre commissioning/commissioning of MDPE & steel pipeline.
  • He will be responsible for PNG O&M coordination activities with GA teams for:
    o PE PNG comprehensive O&M contract management.
    o Inventory management.
    o Budget preparation & tracking.
    o Billing & invoicing of services & material.
    o Approvals for various services & material procurement.
    o Technical evaluation.
    o Monitoring of Preventive Maintenance performance as per AOMP & action plan for
    timely completion.
    o Technical Audits (internal & external)
    o Financial Audits.
    o Statutory & Regulatory requirements as per T4S, IMS, ERDMP.
    o Gas Reconciliation & monitoring.
    o Metering analysis.
    o Odorant Management.
    o Coordination for ERP related queries.
    o HSE management.
    o Providing technical trainings to site team.
    o Vendor coordination.
    o Liaison with local authorities/govt bodies for RoU/RoW protection.
  • Coordination with cross functional teams.
  • New initiatives for optimization of resources, cost control, effective implementation of new initiatives at site.
