Qualification- B.E / B.Tech. or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Petroleum Engineering
Experience – 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute, monitor, and control all site activities including MDPE laying and customer connectivity, identifying critical activities/areas, and complying with technical and commercial obligations.
- Evaluate and monitor project performance against plans/schedules, addressing time/cost overruns, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Oversee time, resources, cost, quality, and HSE parameters, ensuring adherence to project procedures and conducting engineering quality audits.
- Consolidate site-related issues, cash outflow details, capitalization, and statutory permissions, and report to management regularly.
- Communicate with EPC contractors, project management consultants, third-party inspection agencies, and vendors to address project issues.
- Collaborate with other departments for engineering approvals and participate in improvement initiatives through regular meetings.
- Review, certify, and process invoices for EPC contractors, PMC, TPI, and vendors, and prepare billing schedules during the initial project stages.
- Manage project closure, including final billing, documentation submission, extra claim settlements, and handover to the operation department.
- Analyze time delays and liquidated damages, ensuring proper documentation for PNG activities and compliance with the company’s quality and HSE guidelines.
- Conduct technical assessments of PNG potential for domestic, commercial, and industrial segments in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Liaise with local authorities and represent the company to government bodies as needed.
