Job Description
Operations Coordination & Communication
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across all four Geographical Areas (GA), ensuring smooth communication and efficiency.
- Act as the central point of coordination for rapid response to any operational disruptions in any of the GAs.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits and inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Address audit findings, implement corrective actions, and liaise with relevant authorities for compliance adherence.
Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare the Annual CNG O&M Budget for all GA regions and maintain an Annual Budget Tracker to monitor financial allocations, expenditures, and variances.
- Process common invoices from the Head Office for all GA regions, ensuring timely payments and financial transparency.
- Regularly update and track invoices through the Invoice Tracker Sheet.
Procurement & Resource Management
- Collect material and service requirements from all GA regions, process approval notes, and ensure timely procurement following established procurement process through concerned department.
- Identify new service order requirements and renew existing service orders, obtaining necessary approvals.
- Track third-party inspections (TPI Tracker) and spare material purchase orders (Spare Material PO Tracker) to ensure accurate monitoring and execution.
Operational Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile and monitor MIS reports for all GA regions, tracking both operational and financial parameters.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize station performance and control operation and maintenance costs.
- Provide data collection, formatting, and analysis as required by management for informed decision-making.
Infrastructure & Asset Management
- Ensure the seamless integration of new CNG stations into the existing network.
- Identify requirements for capital upgrades and asset improvements in CNG operations, ensuring timely execution of new initiatives.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Interdepartmental Coordination & Process Optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pre-commissioning activities and ongoing operational tasks.
- Coordinate intra- and inter-department activities, including invoice payment processing and rate change activities.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, implement best practices, and optimize resource allocation.
Technical Support & Problem-Solving
- Provide technical support for on-site issues, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Implement new or modified systems, practices, and operational modalities to ensure smooth transitions.
Risk Management & Sustainability Initiatives
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability goals, track progress, and align initiatives with organizational objectives.
Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
- Guide team members in day-to-day tasks, offering support and ensuring operational goals are met efficiently.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing within the department.
